    BAYERN MARKET

Bayern Market is the "small brother" of the Bavarian brasserie Bayern that has been operating highly successfully for several years at the corner of Sirkin and Frishman Streets in Tel Aviv. The Sarona Market stand, the first of its kind in Israel, is based on a concept of classic German and Austrian street food integrated with touches of new German and Austrian cuisine. At the base of the German cuisine stars a selection of sausages, different variations of potato and a range of other pork-based specials. The menu also features a section of schnitzels and fried snacks and all items are prepared to order in front of the customer, as is customary at street food stalls in Germany. Many of Bayern Market's raw materials are imported from Austria and Germany exclusively for the restaurant. Lively German music and pleasure complement the picture along with a wide range of draft beer.
