Fishop and Fishbar are what happens when one of Tel Aviv's leading restaurateurs, Aviv Harel Bello (owner of Seatara and Branja restaurants), meets one of the city's top fish suppliers, Udi Bechor from Ziko Fish. Together the two created an innovative concept - on one side, a fresh fish and seafood shop offering the best of Mediterranean ocean fish alongside live imported seafood, clams and raw cooking ingredients. On the other side, a market restaurant serving read-made fish and seafood together with fine bread and a glass of chilled white wine. The short distance between the sea and the shop, without brokerage fees, allows finding seasonal and unique fish at Fishop at affordable prices and removes the traditional border between the shop and the restaurant.  All that remains is to beware of the bones...
