The Arcaffé chain was established 20 years ago, in 1995, with the aim of bringing the real Italian espresso bar and authentic French pastry to Israel. The secrets of baking were acquired by the chain’s staff from the legendary French baker Eric Kayser, the owner of La Maison Kayser. The secrets of coffee were learned at Arcaffé from the Meschini family from the city of Livorno in Tuscany, who are among the founders of Arcaffé Italy. The chain owns a coffee roasting plant and a French bakery aimed at maintaining ultimate freshness and reproducing the French and Italian flavors with maximum accuracy. Arcaffé has more than 30 branches, all of which use fresh ingredients, offer a high level of service and provide a perfect authentic culinary experience.
